The
final form of the 100 liter species tank after the generous donation
of the plants by fellow hobbyist
Tolis Ketselidis one
of the best aquatic gardeners in Greece. It may be a less typical
Victorian tank but it is definitely more pleasing. I don't know if
the plants will make it since the conditions are ideal for the fish
but not for them (pH=8.8, GH=12, KH=12). One way or the other, Tolis
has promised me new plants every now and then. The plants are firmly
attached on stones by Tolis, a very wise move since the first
reaction of this gorgeous male was to relocate them. After 3 days he
accepted the fact that this is not possible and it begun to enjoy
