I’m not sure - any
information is welcomed - if the two fishes shown above are
different sexes of the same fish or (most likely) two different
species. Anyway, my fishes are 5 specimens of the “yellow finned” morph
(to say so, even if it’s not correct) and 3
specimens of the “red finned” (dorsal) morph. Wild caught fish
from my 1999 trip to Lake Malawi (comments and photo by Francesco
Zezza). Finally the top fish was identified as Lethrinops
intermedius. |
